Description of Services:

The purpose of disability services is to provide equal access opportunities, including the establishment and coordination of academic accommodations, auxiliary aids and programs to qualified students in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The office of CDS exercises a reasonable good faith effort to coordinate accommodations to enable students with disabilities to maximize their educational potential. Accommodations can include: Testing Accommodations (extended time, separate and quiet location, reader and/or scribe) Note-Taking Assistance Textbooks in Alternate Format Housing Accommodations Tutoring Academic Coaching Peer Assisted Study Sessions (P.A.S.S.)
